My wife and I wanted to comment on an exceptional job Dale Wismer did for us. Dale was the ultimate professional who took all of our needs into consideration (my wife was 8 1/2 months pregnant). You often hear of horror stories that turn people away from using agent's etc. With Dale, everything was honest and straight forward right from the first meeting on. Dale is highly respected in our household and all of my co-workers, friends, etc. are also aware of the great job that Dale did for us. We had an accepted offer 7 days after we had listed.
